DELIVERY TIMES
All Domus Concept – Light Studio lampshades are handmade to order and may have a delivery time of approximately 1 to 2 weeks. During busier periods, this delivery time may increase to 3 to 4 weeks.
LAMPSHADE PRODUCTION TIMES WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN A BANNER AT THE TOP OF THE WEBSITE.
Any other item ordered on the Domus Concept – Light Studio website will have a delivery time of 2 to 7 business days, unless otherwise stated.
SPECIFICS:
- If you order more than one product at different times, your order may be delivered at different times.
- If you order more than one product, it is also possible that your order will be held at our Studio until the order is complete and ready for full shipment. Our Customer Service team will inform you how we are managing your order.
- Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed; they are merely indicative.
WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We deliver to Mainland Portugal through our partner CTT. Our goal will always be to offer the most reliable and economical transport service possible.
It is a service with tracking and insurance included, in case of total loss or damage. Once the shipping labels are created, our partner sends an SMS with the tracking number so you can follow the product's location.
Free shipping offer for orders EQUAL TO OR GREATER than €100 is applicable only for orders shipped to Mainland Portugal.

For Mainland Portugal: €4.99/box (Up to 5kg)
Islands: Subject to consultation
Free shipping ON ORDERS OF €100 OR MORE applies only to orders shipped to Mainland Portugal.
For Spain: €6.99/box (Up to 5kg)
Free shipping ON ORDERS OF €150 OR MORE applies only to orders shipped to Mainland Spain.
For the rest of the World: Please use the contact form so we can discuss, on a case-by-case basis, the shipping conditions and price.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If the delivery of your order is delayed, please contact us by email or phone. Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the contents of the package. If there is any discrepancy between what you ordered and what you received, we ask that you immediately notify DOMUS, which undertakes to return any incorrect or non-conforming products in accordance with our exchange and returns policy and current legislation.
As a consumer, you have legal rights regarding any products that are not delivered within the 30-day period.
FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be responsible for any breach or delay of any of the obligations assumed by us under an order whose cause is due to events that are beyond our control (force majeure). The concept of force majeure shall include any act, event, failure to exercise, omission or accident that is beyond our control, including, but not limited to, the following:

General strike, or other forms of protest that significantly affect the country.

Public order disturbances, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or terrorist threat, war (declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.

Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, collapse, epidemic or any other natural disaster.

Impossibility of using trains, ships, aircraft, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private.

Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.

Officially recognized pandemic situations.

Epidemics, pandemics or other similar health situations.
Our obligations arising from the contracts will be considered suspended during the period in which force majeure occurs and we will benefit from an extension of the deadline to fulfill such obligations, for a period equal to the duration of the force majeure. We will use all reasonable means to cease the force majeure or to find a solution that allows us to fulfill our obligations arising from the Contract, despite the force majeure.
