No nosso espaço, poderá encontrar abajures e candeeiros artesanais, criados à mão, com tecidos cuidadosamente escolhidos e detalhes que fazem de cada peça algo único. Mais do que objetos decorativos, levamos luz com significado. It was a privilege to be present at the Late Summer Equestrian Festival 2025 | CSI 2*, organized by Clube Hípico do Norte, in a setting where the elegance of equestrian sport met the sophistication of handcrafted decoration. At Domus Concept – Light Studio, we believe that each piece carries a story and a unique light. In this exhibition, we wanted to bring our essence to an international stage, where passion, detail, and exclusivity come together. Artisanal lampshades, bulbs, and candles made in Portugal. When buying a lampshade you have to take into consideration...
- Check the available space around the lamp. Is the lamp placed in a corner or next to a piece of furniture? Remember that a large lamp requires extra space. - All of our lampshades are handmade using flame-retardant PVC, which means there are no maximum energy requirements for our lampshades. - It's also important to consider the type of bulb; an incandescent bulb will emit a different color tone than a compact fluorescent bulb. The color and coating of the lampshade will also contribute to the color of the emitted light. A lampshade with a metallic coating will reflect the light, giving it a "warmer" glow, but no light can penetrate the sides of the lampshade, meaning that the light source is directed upwards and downwards. – A light-colored cotton or linen lampshade, without a double lining, will diffuse the light in 4D, meaning that the light source will not only be directed up and down, but will also shine from the sides. – A dark-colored cotton or linen lampshade, without lining, will also diffuse the light in 4D, and the light emitted from the sides will be softer.
