CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order at any time from the moment you place your order online and up to 14 days from the day you receive the product.
You must notify us by email at light.studio.handmade@gmail.com if you wish to cancel your order within this period. You have an additional 16 days from the date you notified us of the cancellation to return the product.
A credit note will be issued for the value of the returned product(s) if the return request is made after 14 days have elapsed from the delivery date. After the period granted to make your return, no credit notes will be issued.
Custom/Made-to-Measure Lampshades
Returns of lampshades that are not part of our current collection available for online viewing are not accepted. For example: if you provide the fabric or choose a size outside of those we have available online.
Remember that all our lampshades are carefully handmade to order, so we ask that you measure the space carefully to ensure you request the correct size.
We are available to advise on sizing if necessary.
The cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.
RETURNS
WHERE CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
First, contact our Customer Service team at light.studio.handmade@gmail.com or call +351 967221644 to register your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it, unused and without wear, with the respective tags and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, so we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exceptions/Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products (e.g., special orders or customized items). Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the items you want is to return the item and, after the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of a new item.
European Union 14-Day Cancellation Period
Regardless of what is stated above, if items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within a 14-day period, for any reason and without obligation to provide justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the condition you received it, unused and without wear, with the respective tags and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

RETURNS - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We ask that you use a carrier with tracking and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the product during the return journey.
Products must be carefully packed in their original packaging and arrive to us in saleable condition. Preferably use the original box and do not use any extra packaging inside it.
Once the order arrives safely, we will issue the credit note. All orders must be returned in saleable condition to the Domus Concept – Light Studio address.
We emphasize that credit notes will only be issued if the order is returned in saleable condition. No refunds will be granted.
Make sure to include all your details in the box, including your name and order number - failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your credit note.
If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving it. Include your name, order number, and images of the damaged product.
